Lario Energy, on the base of its know-how coming from more than 30 years of experience in design and realization of hundreds of air handling systems and steam systems, has developed an innovative and powerful automation and control system.

This system comes from a rising enquiry from final users of simplicity, efficiency and precision in the management of steam and condensate system.

Modern systems are equipped with an increasing number of control loops, which ensure the necessary flexibility and adaptation of the system to the production needs .

The new drying sections, equipped with fixed siphons, need a marked subdivision of drying cylinders to guarantee the correct control of condensing charge, which has remarkable variation from drying cylinder to cylinder. This configuration of drying section needs a drastic increase of control loops of steam and condensate system.

Lario Energy can provide and commission DCS – PCS systems, complete with specialized softwere for the operation of steam and condensate systems and air handling systems, able to eliminate all well-known problems of management of systems.

The electric control boards for our systems are designed and realized in our workshop, to guarantee our costumers a perfect integration between information and technical details without transmission, often expensive and problematic.

The realization of the electrical lay-out by our technical department and the creation of control boards inside our workshop, allows the best control of quality and careful working test of components.

To offer to our customers a simple, safe and cheap automation system, Lario Energy has selected two hardware systems on which we have developed dedicated software.

Management of steam and condensate system is based on a video page for selection of drying curves, where the curve grade is correlated with the increase of pressure and temperature values of drying cylinders.

The operator has additional video pages available, thanks to them it is possible to value in real time regulating limits of each single drying group, on the base of pressure value of the main group and vacuum value on the first separator vessel.

Anyway, conventional control of every control loop is always possible, thanks to the video pages with dynamic synoptic schemes.

The Lario Energy’s dedicated control system allows to set the starting drying curve and to prevent dangerous events like paper peeling, bubbles, compact stratifications of surface, excessive adherence.

Furthermore, a good control in the first part of drying section is really important to prevent the breaking paper.

Our control systems have the required flexibility to heat paper properly and gradually.

Thanks to pre-set temperature ramps, the control of the breaking paper conditions is completely automatic.
